Notes
The rain started sprinkling after the first mile. Daine and I continued running for a while but took shelter for ten minutes under the eves of an old barn when it began to rain harder.
A good run, but a slower pace would have been more prudent. We even sprinted the last 75 yards to the finish. My back is a little achy this afternoon, so our plan to run longer at Riverfront tomorrow is in jeopardy.
