With JB, did the Saunders woods loop twice and tacked on about 2 trails at the end at HC. At around 14 miles, tried a handful of magic beans JB had, they definitely made the remaining miles go more smoothly, didn't start feeling a breakdown in my stride or ability to sustain the pace until 18 or 19. About 7:35 pace
