Did 5.5 on the River Path to Belmont Plateau, then went right into the 5k course. After, continued north on W. River Drive to East Falls Bridge, and went across and back to center city on Kelly Drive. Felt decent, tried to keep the entire distance in mind at each stage of the run so as to keep the pace and energy expenditure under control. Started thinking about what I would eat afterwards at about 14 miles, and it took a few miles to shake these thoughts. Should probably start taking gu along for a boost around that point in the long run.
