COMMENTS: Ashbury 5K. Brian Morenus ran 17:08 and won it. Next came Mike Winek, then Bryan Winek, then older guy, then me. Happy with how it went, because I ran a 3 mile PR as well, not wearing racing shoes. Pat, Danny and Chris came to watch the race.
