I'm a lawyer living just outside of Washington, D.C. Still finding running routes here in the city, but having a great time doing it. There's nothing like running past the monuments!
|Why do I run:
I love the feeling of just being outside and seeing my neighborhood. I like tracking my runs and seeing where I'm improving. I like seeing how what I eat affects how I train. I'm still slow, but I'm getting there.
|Why I started running:
I started running to lose weight. I keep running because it makes me feel powerful. And, well, because it helps me keep my weight on track.
