Treadmill

Notes

Did not want to run. Started on not my favorite treadmill, and the warm-up felt hard. Moved to my favorite treadmill and it felt much better. Did .2 @ 6 mph, .4 @ 6.2 mph, and .4 @ 6.4 mph except for the last mile when I reversed the progression and did the first .2 @ 6.6 mph.
