First 5 miles were bad - cramps, stomach issues, too fast, humid. Went home to pick up H for the last 4. More water, 3 Shot Bloks, and a bathroom later...had a GREAT last 4 miles. Much more relaxed pace, socializing on the greenway. Toyed with the idea of doing 10, but H talked me out of it. Legs felt good. Calves a little tight.
