Pre-race dinner: Cheese & spinach ravioli with a tomato cream sauce from Porta Via, Sweet CeCe's yogurt
Pre-race breakfast: Clif bar, banana & peanut butter, Gatorade, coffee
Goal was to break 2:15. Ran with Joe until mile 10.5 when he gave me his blessing to go ahead. He had to stop a few times at the beginning to stretch out his lower legs. Walked some up Whiskey Hill and a few other parts. Alternated water & Gatorade at aid stations. Ate vanilla bean Gu at 10K. Took off for the last 5K and passed a bunch of people.
Some chafing on left inner thigh. Blisters on right big toe.
