100 warm-up
3x 500 with a 60 sec rest in between sets
200 cool down
Did flip turns most of the time with success. Felt like I was taking in more water than normal. Went a little too fast on the first 500 and felt myself wearing out a little. Overall time is slower than I'd want but at the end I felt good, not winded, and like I could keep going.
Putting on more weight because of eating poorly and eating too many sugars.
