Couldn't decide how far I wanted to run this morning and ended up thinking I'd go for 4 which is what I thought this route was so kind of bummed that it's not quite the distance. Went for a fartlek style run just to switch it up. Right hamstring is tight and motivation is a bit low. Did finish w/ abs, sit-ups and stretching.
