Strange run. Had a decent 1 mile warm-up to the AACC track but saw B's big group there and decided to skip the tempo run on the track and do it in the neighborhood. PIcked up the pace for a 14 minute tempo run which I almost lost at the end b/c I was finishing on the Ternwing hill. Had to stop and walk 1 minute after, slow jog for a bit, one more 30 sec. walk and jog to finish. Not thrilled about the walking.
Finished with weights and abs and lots of stretching.
