Notes

First 45 minutes were fine; slow and steady was my plan. College Parkway killed me; had to walk twice there and then ran through to the light at Church Rd; short break; ran all the way to Glen Oben and then started run/walks pretty much the rest of the run. Did a total of 12 walk breaks including two within the last 1/2 mile probably. Not sure how I'm going to do on the run during the race. This is just plain hard. Could feel that even my face was tight and was just trying to relax.
