Tried hard to take it easy the first mile to get warmed up. Was cold, windy, and dark. And it looks like I figured out my pace, which should be around 83% max HR to keep the 9 minute pace. Felt pretty good the whole time. I did have a couple moments of slowing down. The Bay Green hill was tough at the end and the Ternwing hills were super slow but also part of my cool down mile.

Stretched and foam rolled.
