Notes
Went to the gym tired but it was freezing and windy outside. Did a 1 mile warm-up starting at 10 min. pace and added speed every 1/4 mile. For second mile I stayed at 9 min. pace and added incline every 1/4 mile ending at 2. Was going to add speed every 1/4 mile for third mile but got a cramp so went back to 9:30 pace and added incline again. For 4th mile I added incline again staying at the 9 min. pace and for 5th mile was able to add speed each 1/4 mile ending at 8 min. pace. Used 5th mile as a cool down. Just wasn't a fantastic run.
Finished with core and arms.
