Notes

Not too much to say about this run. Started out fast, felt fine most of the time. Walked for 20 secs at the top of the first Ternwing hill and again for 10 secs at the top of the second hill. Felt a little bit of pain in the knees but also think the 2 beers last night didn't help. Goal was an easy run so tried to take it easy.

Finished with 30 push-ups, 100 hip raises, a few core exercises, stretches and foam roll.
