Was going to do intervals at the track but drizzle freaked me out and I decided to turn back up Jones Station and stay in neighborhoods. Decided I would try for strides/fartlek type of run instead. Did four sets of hard runs with recovery but after just 24 minutes I had to stop and do a one minute walk. Ran up the Century Vista hill and before Ternwing did another one minute walk. First Ternwing hill was fine but did a third one minute walk after that hill, ran the second and finished home. So humid but I don't think that should interrupt my run that much.
Finished with abs, stretching, foam roller.
