Notes

First outdoor run in a looong time and think I need to rebuild my lung capacity for various air temperatures. The first half of the run is all hills and I powered up and then had to slow down for recovery so was alternating my pace the whole time. I tried to keep a fast pace the whole time and thought I finished slow but turns out I'm happy with the pace. Did a few abs at the end. Same routine tomorrow.
