My HR still seems to be low; the new zone range is 147-158 and even the range seems low. Run was ok, still kind of humid but the hills were fine. Finished with 30 sit-ups, core work, leg lifts and 100 hip raises. Thinking the hills will eventually take a toll on my hips so I'd like to try to keep them strong and will aim for 100 hip raises 1-2 times per week to start.
