Felt fantastic the entire run. Had a slower warm-up pace and then settled into my foundation/base pace after about 7 minutes. Could really tell the difference between a tempo pace and a foundation pace. I was just under my tempo pace. The Doris hill was best I've ever felt it and first Ternwing hill was good; second hill still was a struggle.
Finished with stretches and core work-out w/ stability ball.
