Love this run! Started out fast and felt really good so decided to keep that pace as long as I could. Hills on Truck House I was strong on and didn't need as much recovery after. Kept a pretty steady pace back on the B&A but scale back for a few recovery strides. Felt really, really good and am actually surprised that my legs weren't heavy, tight, or tired.
Finished with some abs. Have really good energy right now!
