Very happy with this run. Pit stop at mile 3 and 6. Drank about 16oz of water, half electrolytes. Took 4 Gu chomps. Stomach wasn't great but body felt really good considering last bout of terrible runs. No walking. Stayed slow and steady but just felt really good through mile 7. Hills got me 7-9 and then I steadied out again at the end. Very happy. Tight though in right hamstring and definitely need to stretch.
