Mile Repeats:
2.41 mile warm-up which took about 22 minutes
4x1 mile at 10k pace
800 meter recoveries (I only did a 400 recovery on the last mile)
2.41 mile cool down and I walked a couple seconds up Jones Station.
Mile 1: 8:25
Mile 2: 8:10
Mile 3: 7:56
Mile 4: 8:00
VERY happy with these mile repeat paces. I felt good each time. I'm curious if I could've maintained the pace without the recoveries in between. It was also cold and wind in the face for half of each lap but I'm still very happy with this!
