Pretty darn good run. Followed schedule of:
20 min. warm-up and thought this was a good steady pace
2x5 min at race pace w/ 5 min. recovery
Had time for an extra 5 min. race pace though probably only did that for 3 mins. and then slowed down.
HR watch is again being finicky so had to gauge pace by how I felt. Happy with average pace and felt very strong and comfortable the whole run. Also a good temperature.
Finished with abs.
