Baffled about my weight but can't let it bother me. Had a banana and small yogurt w/ granola before swimming which was followed by 8.65 mile run. This was a 'recovery swim.'
200 warm-up w/ 100 drills
3x300 w/ 20 sec rest between sets
100 w/ focus on stroke and # strokes/length
250 cooldown
Was definitely a relaxing swim and felt good in my stroke.
