Notes
A10 Race.
Started out with good pace and stayed around 8:15 for first few miles; hit the 5 mile mark in 41:29. Took water as often as I could. Felt very strong on the hills. Took it easy from 8.5-mile 9 because of wanting to finish strong. Did last mile at 7:45 pace and had very good sprint to the finish. Hamstrings have been very sore and full weekend was exhausting but still very happy with race.
