Schedule called for 8 miles of hill repeats.
Had a 1.75 warm-up run and then around 4 miles of hill repeats on Ternwing and a 2+ cool down run which didn't end up at 8 miles but just under. Felt really great on the hills and kept my pace up on the cool down. My heart rate stayed higher during this work-out more than any normal run which makes sense. Didn't have time to properly stretch or do abs so need to do that.
