Notes

First transition run in a long time. Was hoping for 3 miles but couldn't remember how long the route was. Felt great the whole time though and am very happy with that pace!

Finished the whole work-out with 100 hip raises, 30 push-ups and some abs. Need to stretch hip flexors more, still feeling sore/tight in that area.
