Notes

10 minute warm-up run to the track

4x 3 minutes at 5K pace with 3 minutes jog

10 minute cool down jog home

First interval was fine. Second one felt harder and I cut it short by 5 seconds. Third I tried to focus on extending my stride to maintain a faster pace. Fourth the breathing at the end felt awful and like I could be sick but I pushed to keep pace for the whole 3 minutes. Halfway through the jog home my legs started to feel like bricks but I didn't walk and was able to push up the hill home.

Finished with stretches and abs.
