100 drills alternating no kick and one arm pulls
4x 200 sprints
200 cool down alternating breast and free
While I worked hard on the 200s I don't feel like I was "sprinting" until really the last 75 of each set. I did feel very strong though and felt like I had good form the whole time. It was a quick swim but still a good work-out.
