Notes

Very good transition run. First mile at 8:57 pace. Second mile I increased 1 click each 1/4 mile so that it finished at 8:20 pace and third mile I did 8 minute pace for first 1/2 mile then down to 8:30 for 1/4 mile and then increasing clicks every .05 mile for the last 1/4 so that I finished at 8 minute pace.
