Notes
Foam rolled before I ran and also took 2 advil. Had about 4 oz. coffee, one cup of water, and one slice of bread w/ peanut butter and banana an hour before the run. (Didn't have to go to the bathroom the whole time!) Focused on running slow on this run. Really concentrated on staying around 80% max HR and had to force myself to keep a slower pace at certain points. Felt really great the whole time though. All the hills were fine including Ternwing at the end. Took about 20 oz. of water and 1 Strawberry-Banana Gu.
Finished with abs, stretching, and foam rolling and a muscle milk shake (disgusting).
