would have been nice to have some gloves.
3 laps to get warm
I ate too many lemon cookies during the day
started to sweat in mile 2
felt like I was slow on mile 3 ( maybe my cadence was just slower?) and pushed slightly on last lap. If I wanted to hard at the end I would have felt quite tired though.
ran clockwise
I think I might have done something weird stretching my lower left leg. (achilles perhaps) I iced it at home should be fine.
