Notes
nice run. slowed slightly in the middle. in the middle of the run I felt my shin think about acting up but it didn't. I used the same shirt as yesterday and ended up taking it off for my nipple's sake. most of what I had to eat right before was ice cream and juice. could had drank a little more water but I got it at the track and was fine. I had a sandwich/apple/soda around 6:10 for dinner at work. calves do not feel tight at all after this run - I'm getting more in shape.
I have found a banana or biscuits are good after a run.
