VO2 max workout on the track. I felt great on these today. We were aiming for 3:30 on these and averaged about 2:28. These didn't give me any trouble and I ended these feeling like I could do a couple more. I'm really happy with how this went today because last time a few weeks ago, I really struggled on this, but that might have had something to do with the fact that I was really sick. Overall, I think today was a really solid workout for me.
