Splits = 1:51, 2:02, 1:58, 1:58, 2:01, 1:39; This was a good run for me, in that I am just starting to really train again and my times will get faster. Had no one to pace me, which probably made it more difficult. There is another opportunity in June to run - 11:24 gets me another 1.5 pts, which is a good goal for next time. Perhaps by next year, I can get into the 10 minute cycle again, and go down from there.
