I am so, so happy with this workout. It's the best I have felt running in a really long time, and it makes me so excited for the rest of the season. I ran with Claire, Lauren Brunk, and Maddy. They all seemed to kill it, especially those 1:00 min on portions.
I downloaded the Garmin app so that I could see the paces from this, The 3:00 intervals probably averaged around 6:50 pace, and the 1:00 intervals were maybe 5:45? Definitely not 5k pace but I just tried to go with the flow on these lol
