Went out with Don... tough run; I hate running on the beach. Great route excepting that; we had a good time. Norwood's was too expensive that time of day, so we wound up going to a pizza place over on the other side of the bridge, it was very good. Met Randy, who turns out to be a funny guy, a lot like Frank, only the opposite side of the political spectrum.
