Today is Enid's birthday.... she went along with me as I ran from Chuck Lennon Park to the Barberville Pioneer Arts Settlement, 6 miles. She drove the car and provided moral support and water. The run was ok, but a little difficult. The hardest part was the long straightaway after the second s-curve, but at least the sun was obscured by overcast weather. We tried to get out early, but we weren't nearly early enough to miss the sun had it not been for the weather. After the run, we went to Deleon Springs for a swim and some pancakes.... the waitress was so nice to Enid for her birthday...we had a nice time.
