I began running in 1977 in Jr. High School. Did the college running thing, and continued througout. I've logged over 82,000 miles, and can still say my knees feel great! I coach at a fantastic University which allows me to share my passion for running with others.
|Why do I run:
I like how it makes me feel. I like being able to run fast, and move along the trail quickly. I love being able to enjoy the feeling of being fatigued from a good long run.

I started running because it made me feel good doing something that others thought was hard.
