Best race of the season so far. Used my watch to keep track of where I was at in the race. Didn't really use it to pace myself, but it gave me peace of mind knowing what the heck I was doing. Splits were 5:09, 5:15, 5:12, 5:29, 5:16. Got lots of work to do to get ready for Conference, like being able to run faster when I feel pain.
