Great location for a snowshoe race. About 3 miles on groomed nordic trails and about 1 mile of single track. Most of the climbing was in the 1st 1 1/2 to 2 miles. Ran with the same group for most of race (Chris Dunn, Phil Erwin, Martin Tighe, Ryan Welts). Course could have been marked a little better. We all stayed on course but those who went off course ended up with an advantage (cutting off a couple of single track sections). Oh well.
