Verona Track

Notes

R-5, VDOT of 62 - 10x400 in 73s w/ full recovery

Full recovery meant jogging 400 between each repeat

It was hard to lock in on the right pace for this one. The Verona girls xc team was on the track pretty much the whole time. First 4 repeats it wasn't a factor - they were in one area that I could easily swerve around. The next 3 they were running on the track the proper direction which added an extra challenge as they spread around the entire track. The last 3 repeats were a big challenge as for some reason the team started running the wrong direction on the track. I was out in lane 4 for pretty much the entirety of laps 9&10 and still had to do some swerving. I can't complain though as it is nice to have a track to use.
