Goal was 6x400m in 74s each then 10x200m in 36s each with full recovery.

Splits:

72.5, 71, 73, 72.5, 74, 73.5

35.5, 35.5, 36, 36, 35, 36.5, 35.5, 35.5, 35.5, 35.5

Recovery was to jog the same distance as the last rep before the next rep.

Much easier than last week's R workout. After the 4th 200 I felt a bit of a twinge in my right quad that I will have to watch.
