Elevation gain/loss: ~800 ft +/ ~800 ft -.That's right, kiddies. I had my first run in my Invisible Shoes. I have to say it was a blast; think barefoot but the sole keeps the rocks from cutting you. My feet took a beating so I don't know how often I'll be rocking them up in the trails of Cameron Park. Ran everything (except tip-toeing around some really nasty rocky portions) and felt *really* comfortable. Easy effort.
Calf is still getting better. My form is *really* improving will all this (both real and basically) barefooting.
