Elevation: +544.4 ft / -546.8 ft. Felt really strong out there today, though I'm surprised that my pace was only 8:26. Felt faster. I was running in heavily covered trails so maybe the GPS wasn't getting a strong signal? Then again, that second mile involved some climbing, which brought that mile's pace to 9:09. Final quarter mile, I dropped the pace to sub-7.
