Did some lower body resistance work on machines, threw in a 10 minute warm up on a bike, plus about 20 minutes on the elliptical. Gauging the distance on perceived effort/fatigue and time. Planning on jumping into a spin class either later today or tomorrow.
I'm on rest orders from running until get my MRI's tomorrow and meet with the doctor on Friday. Really hoping it's not a stress fracture or something equally serious or worse. I'm having a pretty hard time with that potentiality, which is why I didn't stay on the elliptical for longer than 20. Just didn't have the will to suck it out on that darn machine when I belong out on the trails...
