Notes

Didn't finish. My legs felt empty after just 1.5 miles. Dropped out at 3 miles. I need to improve my cruising speed. I talked to Savvy and it sounds like we'll keep me on more tempo/LT workouts to get that base speed back. Hoping for a good run at UMD next weekend.
