Great Run! Best one since I picked back up.
Wanted to run in slower end of pace zone which to me is sometimes more difficult than running on faster end. Achieved same result-easy run. Running by feel. Only allowed myself to look at watch at each 1 mile lap. Started out a hair fast and backed off to where I wanted to be. Was able to cut down slightly last mile.
