Notes
Started out really strong, around an 8:40 pace for almost the first mile, then the race fell apart, walked before the 2mile split and again at the 3mile split. Out did last weeks run even though I ran the whole race last week. It appears it's all how I start a race I think I need to adjust my pace just a touch. Wanting to break 30min badly now.
