Body issues: Other than just pure fatigue - none
Other thoughts: I wasn't really stoked for this race. I knew I was tired from the double workout yesterday and I've really cut back on calories and I was really hungry at the start of the race. I was tired before I even hit the first mile, but I pushed on anyway. I just kept willing my legs to move forward. It was a good mental struggle I think the Insanity workouts have really helped with that. I look forward to building off of this race and getting back to faster speeds in the fall.
